As a Berkshire County native, I began my real estate career in 2010 by purchasing distressed properties and rehabbing them. Shortly after, I became a licensed Realtor in 2013 with a focus on helping clients learn about real estate investing. I also purchased my first rental property with a goal to help stabilize neighborhoods and provide safe/well-maintained properties to local residents. In 2016, I obtained my brokers license to help further my knowledge and dedication to the career.
